Man thought to be vagrant discovered dead on Greek-Turkish fringe

THESSALONIKI, Greece — Greek police say they have discovered the body of a man, accepted to be a vagrant, in a stream that streams along the nation’s northeastern fringe with Turkey and which is on an unlawful relocation course.

The unidentified body was discovered late Thursday in the frigid Evros River. Police declared the disclosure Friday.
