Leader hits up Rhythm and Vines in Gisborne

Leader Jacinda Ardern has broadly DJ’d at music celebrations before, and it appears she can’t exactly surrender the bug.

She’s flew in to Gisborne celebration Rhythm and Vines, despite the fact that it’s not known whether she’ll by and by hit the decks.

Celebration author Hamish Pinkham posted about her visit on Instagram, saying he was glad to have the Prime Minister along to their “little New Years Party” (sic).

Analysts quickly addressed if Ardern would DJ a set. Pinkham didn’t react to the inquiries.

Ardern has beforehand depicted herself as a novice DJ.

She played as a visitor DJ at the 2014 Laneway Festival, when she was as yet a Labor MP. She played tracks by Sid Vicious, Snoop Dogg, and the Smashing Pumpkins.

Music even contributed to uniting Ardern with her long haul accomplice, Clarke Gayford.

He at first kept in touch with her about the Government Communications Security Bureau Amendment Bill, and when they met to discuss it over espresso, they wound up holding over a mutual love of Kiwi band Concord Dawn.

It’s not known to what extent the Prime Minister has been at the current year’s RnV celebration, and whether she’s needed to endure the wet and sloppy conditions up until this point.

She’s free from now, however, with warm and bright days expected for Gisborne through into the new year.
