MMA competitor Anita Karim, who crushed her Indonesian adversary Gita Suharsono in One Warrior Series (OWS) in Singapore on February 28, was given a legend’s gathering upon her arrival home this end of the week.
Karim, who has sacked her second worldwide success, flew back to Pakistan this end of the week and was invited with blossoms, applause and move at the Islamabad International Airport.
She posted about her success on Facebook, expressing gratitude toward her family and supporters. “It was a long adventure with bunches of high points and low points yet with my family close by, I realized I won’t ever surrender!”
“Here is to everybody who bolstered me and helped me arrive. My siblings, my mentors Aatif Imtiaz, Ali Sultan, Ehtisham Karim to whom I owe everything that I am today! My home group Fight Fortress Islamabad where I picked up everything and moved toward becoming who I have progressed toward becoming.”
She expressed gratitude toward the preparation group for pushing her to give a valiant effort, and in conclusion she gave a “yell out to my Gilgit-Baltistan family for continually supporting me and sponsorship me to prop up forward. This is for every one of you; every one of the ladies out there!”
