Russian S-400 rocket conveyance to India to start by end-2021: report
Russia will start conveying S-400 surface-to-air rocket frameworks to India before the finish of 2021, organization RIA Novosti on Wednesday cited a Russian official as saying.
India marked a $5 billion arrangement for S-400 rockets in 2018, drawing admonitions from the United States that such a securing would trigger endorses as a component of a more extensive program against Russia.
“The agreement is being executed on plan. The primary shipment is expected before the finish of 2021,” Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), Vladimir Drozhzhov, said at Defense Expo 2020 in Lucknow, India, as indicated by RIA.
In November, a similar office refered to the general chief of Russian state arms exporter Rosoboronexport, Alexander Mikheev, as saying conveyances would begin in September 2021.
