DUBAI: Iran and France have consented to discharge a French resident held in Iran, and an Iranian confined in France on charges connected to disregarding US sanctions against Tehran, the Iranian legal executive said on its site on Friday.
France has discharged Jalal Ruhollahnejad, an Iranian architect needed by US specialists over authorizations charges, the site stated, including that Iran was discharging a French resident, without naming the Frenchman.
Independently, the YJC news site said the Frenchman being discharged was analyst Roland Marchal who was held in Iran on security charges.
